Surprised to see no mention of it here. It is working out very well in my 26" TC/Encore 6BR barrel. Provides better groups and lower e.s. than Varget under the 89.4 grain Scenars....for me anyway.

Well I'm not Jenks but I'll chime in if you don't mind.
I've been lurking for a while now and this post prompted me to go ahead and join the board.
My 6BR is built on a Winchester M70 action using a Shilen Select match 1:14 twist barrel which was chambered with a .262" neck. This is not a benchrest rifle, more of a varmint type using the stock trigger & a Choate Varminter stock. I was told when I picked the rifle up that it would shoot in the 2s & 3s & it does that.
My favorite load so far consist of a Hornady 58gr V-Max bullet, a CCI #400 primer and 28.5gr of Reloader 10 all stuffed into Lapua brass. The bullets are seated about .005" into the lands.
Great board!

hi long time lurker , but have been loading rel 10-x for about 1 1//2 yrs now. my 6br likes 29 grns in a lapua unturned case with fed match primers and nosler 70 grn bal tips.my chrono says the avg is 3179 at 10 ft.the grp size is in tne high 3's and low 4's my rifle (a savage)was built by fred moreo in ohio, with a douglas bbland his trigger and custom stock thatr he sells.overall the rifle is alot better than the shooter.
also load my 22br with 10-x ,as you can tell i like it a lot.
have been trying some berger match bullets for both rifles with good results but not good enough to write about yet!
cheers!

Sorry guys I keep forgetting to log in from home with my data at hand. I recall that I got my load info from the Alliant website when 10x first hit the shelves. I started with it in my .223 then on to my 6BR. That barrel is currently off of my Encore frame. The burn rate is very close to W748 but it burns cleaner. It also works very well under lighter pills in my .308 15" tube. Good to see that there are other shooters utilizing this fine propelant.
