Sightron, Inc. has generously agreed to donate a 36x42mm BRD SII Scope for auction by the joint 6mmBR.com | AccurateShooter.com website. The net proceeds from the auction will be used to pay for testing equipment and project components for this website.

Auction item: Up for auction is ONE (1) brand NEW, current production, complete Sightron SII 36x42mm BRD Target Scope. Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price is $556.00. The 36x Sightron SII is ideal for competition and target use from 15 yards to infinity. It features a 1"-diameter maintube and front parallax adjustment. The SII series features the ExacTrack Windage and Elevation Adjustment System and the ZACT-7 coating system, a 7-layer Broadband Coating process. This scope, like all Sightrons, boasts one-piece Monotube Construction and is covered by Sightron's Lifetime Replacement Warranty.
AUCTION RULES—Read Carefully
1. All Bids are binding, final and cannot be retracted.
2. Minimum Bid is US $229.00. This does not include shipping, insurance, and applicable fees and taxes. All relevant state and Federal Laws apply.
3. Submit Bids, via Email, to Mailbox@6mmBR.com. Prior to close of auction, this site may choose to disclose the current active bid history.
4. MANDATORY: Include your name, postal address, and telephone number with all bids. You cannot win the auction unless this information is provided! REPEAT: You must include your name, address, and telephone number when you email your bid. Please don't forget!!
5. Auction closes on February 3, 2006, midnight Eastern Time. However, this site retains the right to complete the auction earlier, by selling to the then-current highest bidder. A bidder may submit multiple bids. However, ONLY that bidder's highest bid (whenever submitted) will be considered.
5. The winning bidder shall make payment in full to JPA Precision, by cash, check, or money order within 10 days of close of auction.

6. Shipping, insurance, and applicable taxes, if any, are extra, and are the responsibility of the high bidder.
7. In the event the high bidder fails to perform, the next highest bidder will be allowed to purchase the scope, provided his/her bid exceeds the $229.00 minimum.
8. If more than one party has submitted the exact same high bid, the bid received first shall take precedence. Bid timing will be based on date and time of email delivery.
9. This is an auction for a scope ONLY, and only one scope. This does NOT include rings, bases, scope protectors, or any other gun components.
10. AccurateShooter.com | 6mmBR.com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Sightron SII 36x42mm BRD scope. Any issues regarding the scope's performance or quality, are to be handled by Sightron, Inc. via its normal warranty claims procedures.
